Privee Paris understands the pain of online shoppers. Clothes need to be touched and felt on the skin, which is a practical issue with online shopping. Fitting may go wrong, or the color may be different. We will happily rework, exchange, or do a full refund.

Note: Please don't misuse our 100% refund policy. If you have a fitting issue, we will provide a new size. If you don't like the design or color of one shirt, select another design.


Domestic Shipping.

Time frame for Shirt Preparation:
For one standard-size shirt, we take 3-5 business days.
For one custom-sized shirt, we take 5-7 business days.
For more than one shirt (Multiple shirts), we will take more than 2 weeks, and we will be in touch with the customer about progress. We may ship in parts.
We reserve the right to cancel orders if we are unable to process them in time.
The customer has the right to cancel the order and get his/her money back if the customer feels delay.

The estimated shipping time taken by the courier is 4-6 business days for all over India.
You will receive the tracking number for your shipped order.
Shipping is FREE within India.


International Shipping.

International shipping is FREE for order values above INR 10000 ($108).
For international orders below $108, shipping charges of around INR 1000 ($11) apply.
No discounts are applicable for International orders if shipping is Free.

Return, Refund, or Exchange.

Returns and Refund (100% money-back guarantee). Our policy lasts 15 days. Standard-size shirts are always refundable. Custom-sized shirts are fully refundable, but after a second alteration, the refund is not possible on custom-sized shirts.

Step 1: If you need to exchange/cancel the order, email us at contact@priveeparis.in or WhatsApp: 6391560555.
Step 2: Our courier person will visit your place in 24-48 hours to collect the package.
Step 3: Once the package reaches our office and the shirts are in original condition, you will receive a refund within 7 working days.

(Note: You don't have to take a headache or chase us. Just tell us once and have patience, and we will do it.)
For international orders, you have to ship them back on your own if you wish for a refund or exchange.

Payment.

Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallets. No COD.
We accept all international currencies. Kindly checkout via Razorpay (payment gateway) for International payments.
